Ruddy and his wife Reina rent rooms and apartments and have an excellent place for you if you want to stay for few nights or few months! You will have your own space, wifi and an equipped kitchen.
The place is very well located, only a few minute walk to the beach, close to the bars, right behind the market and in a very quiet place during the night.
Ruddy is an extremely helpful and generous person. If you get to know him, he can help you to go fishing, buy very cheap fish and seafood and help you to understand the local culture. Hanging out with him and the family and drink some glasses of rum might be the highlight of your trip!

Amenities and rates
On this page, we only talk about the place of Ruddy, but of course there are also other apartments for rent in San Juan del Sur. The well equipped kitchen is on the ground floor and can be locked over nights. If you take the small circular stairs to the first floor, you will find 2 rooms and the bathroom. Ruddy equipped each room with a double bed, a fan and small dresser. The bathroom (shower and WC) is located between the 2 rooms. The roofed space in front of the rooms is used as a hallway and as a balcony as as there are chairs, a table and a nice view over the city.
